 BVI Spring Regatta and Sailing Festival March 26th - April 1, 2007

An international yacht racing event and part of the Caribbean Ocean Racing Triangle.  This event brings top yachts and top sailors from all corners of the world.  From small beach cats to multi-million dollar ocean racing yachts; they are all here competing in one of the best sailing areas in this hemisphere.  Up to 98 races are being held for thirteen classes in this event.  You .can participate in the entire seven day BVI Spring Regatta and Sailing Festival , or just the three day regatta.  Professional sailors and amateurs alike have the chance to compete in this wonderful regatta.  The BVI Spring Regatta and Sailing Festival kicks off on Monday evening with a welcome party here at Nanny Cay Marina and registration for the the sailing festival.  Three days of destination cruising and racing follow, leading up to the main three day regatta based out of Nanny Cay starting on Friday.  It's a week of fantastic, spectacular sailing and great parties.  Check out the website at : www.bvispringregatta.org

2006 BVI Oyster Regatta                                                        Presented By Nanny Cay Marina   April 3-8th  2006
For the first time Nanny Cay Marina in the British Virgin Islands hosted the annual Caribbean Oyster Regatta in April of 2004,  the three previous Caribbean events being Antigua based.  The Regatta comprises of a round robin five day race around the BVI's; commencing and finishing at  Nanny Cay Marina. It turned out to be a huge success with great sailing and fun filled events and parties for the entire crews and their families.   This years regatta promises to be even bigger and better.

Chief Minister's Cup International Regatta July 2006
This event, organised by the Rotary Club of the BVI and the Kids And The Sea program (K.A.T.S.) brings teams of young sailors from all over the Caribbean to race in our waters. A full weekend of match racing with up to eighteen races in IC-24's. The kids have a great time, make new friends, and learn new skills, which is what sailing is all about. Nanny Cay is proud to be a host and a sponsor for this event and looks forward to helping K.A.T.S. grow and grow in the years to come.

2006 Nanny Cay Nations Cup

The Nanny Cay Nations Cup is an international IC24 Regatta for all comers with the simple entry requirement that all crewmembers must carry the same passport. IC24s are modified J/24s and the fastest growing one-design class in the Caribbean with fleets in the US and British Virgin Islands.
