Nanny Cay is Tortola's flagship marina located within a natural basin on the south side of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. A thriving and bustling community marina, it has berths for 180 yachts, a hotel with 38 rooms, tennis court, a large swimming pool, restaurants, boutiques and a spa. And the list is growing.


Nanny Cay Village, nestled in the heart of Nanny Cay, will be comprised of thirty-two luxury waterfront homes on a private waterway with access to the Sir Francis Drake Channel. These two and three-bedroom houses will blend classic Caribbean architecture with the latest in European design concepts and standards.

Our exciting new development offers a combination of contemporary living with modern design. Each apartment incorporates a stylish interior, together with sleek and modern appliances.

Our homes are set over 2 or 3 levels providing an elegant and spacious accommodations for 4 to 6 guests. In addition, each townhouse will include a private deck, air conditioning and a designated mooring space for each renters boat. All the homes at Drakes Village are a very short walk to the beach at Nanny Cay.

You can be assured our apartments will offer fresh and exciting designs, within a beautifully landscaped setting.

Our homes offer full access to the Hotel facilities; Freshwater Oceanfront swimming pool and beach, tennis court, local Restaurants and Supermarket, together with the assurance of a permanent on-site power and water back up unit.

 

Five nights is the minimum stay. 17% Government tax and service charge will be added to the rates. Rates are for a 5 night stay. Additional nights are pro-rated.
